I operate a small business that depends on copying and pasting video content into Facebook groups. I've been stopped by Facebook twice now recently for posting in groups too much.
Is there a limit to how much this can be done? There is nothing stated in the Facebook rules. Is there a better free way to promote these without getting flagged or spamming?
