Best way to promote my posts?

Hi!

I've recently started a blog on my digital marketing agency webiste.

The blog is obviously about digital marketing stuff.

My website is not receiving a lot of traffic yet, so I must think of ways to promote my content.

My idea was to publish the post on my LinkedIn and Twitter.

Any other ideas?

There are so many different ways to promote your content.

Since you talk about digital marketing, start a profile on Quora to show how you're knowledgeable on the subject, and keep on answering questions related to marketing on a daily basis. At the same time linking to your site whenever the opportunity presents itself.

You're already using Twitter, so use Buzzsumo to see what's trending in your topic. This will give you an idea of topics to write about that can get you viral traffic. Which you then can post on your site and your various social media properties.

You can either focus on a few social media properties, or use automation tools to send to most of them.

Guest posting also helps, for SEO purposes and also for direct traffic if you get the opportunity to post on a high traffic website.
 
If the content is of high calibre, it will go viral via the social media platforms. So focus on publishing articles that provide real value to the readers.

You can also join relevant FB groups and share your contents apart from the twitter and LinkedIn you mentioned.
 
Go into your Facebook page Penetrations and rank your content by likes, comments, and shares.

Post excellent content.

Optimize targeting.

Don't cross-post.

Post at the most suitable time.

Post on weekends.

Use Facebook LIVE.

Promoting your content on facebook is good. Facebook helps you find the audience you want to attract through its algorithm. You can grab more followers and get promotion for your website too.
 
Get moe traffic through social media accounts like facebook, twitter, instagram . You can even try quora, provide information over there and put a link of your post but do not make it to direc otherwise quora may delete your post.
