Hey, so I'll start a web host and I'd like to know the best ways to promote it...by the way, the webhost is from Brazil, so I don't think using Fiverr gigs like tweets would be very helpful.

Please send me some tips. Thanks.

put an ad in your local classified offering websites cheap hosting. 10$ a month or you could offer to design a free website and say they can host on your servers .

I would recommend to work on your search engine rankings and make sure your on site is targeted to industry related, high traffic terms. Then work on getting some quality, related back links to your site and the higher you get in the search engines the more highly related traffic you will receive. Forums, and ad networks are also the two best solutions.
