Best way to monitize an image site

I have an image site that focuses on a luxury car. It's just a WordPress site and each post is an image with a single line of text.

I'm getting about 150 UVs a day. Currently monetizing with AS for around $60-$70/month, but I feel like the site has more potential. I'm thinking about adding a content locker and pointing to insurance offers. Any ideas?

i think the content locker will drive traffic away. just personal oppinion. not sure if it really helps. sorry

I agree

Check out the Auto offers here stick a few banners up advertising one that suits you.

Maybe create a "car of the month/week" section on your website, to vote the users must sign up, then you can use Aweber to capture there e-mails then create a newsletter or just send out good offers regarding cars.

Also look here to get more traffic, they do image ads that get high ctr on image/video sites - make sure to select autos and you will no doubt get a lot of clicks who knows some might convert

Images site with 150 UV per day and you get $60-$70/m is acceptable. I don't think there's room for more revenue. BTW what's AS anyway?

Just try to get more traffic dont scare away
your 150 UVs with a content locker.

150UV a day and $60-$70 a month is very reasonable IMO. You should focus on getting the site bigger and increasing traffic.

with only 150 UVs, you should be counting your blessings for getting 60-70 a month. Adsense is loving you right now so expand the site and get more UVs in there. Then once you have a more steady flow of lets say 500 UV, you'll be making either more in Adsense, or you can cross trial some CPA offers.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm think I'm just going to try to increase my visitor count. I haven't done any SEO for the individual posts (just the home page) so I bet I could get a lot more traffic if I do some basic link building.
