Best way to monetize video

Which is the best way to monetize videos?
1. Upload them in youtube, get adsense partnership and then with consistent performance become a Youtube partner which seems attractive though distant dream or
2. Go the CPA route.. Get a CPA account and then earn money. I do not exactly know how the CPA thing works as I have never tried that one....I just got in ******* yesterday. So if someone can help me, I would be grateful. Also can we put the CPA thingy in blogger? or it has to be wordpress?

I have to disagree, Ringtone's have very low conversion rate, It's a real low chance.

Email/Zip submits will always be best for youtube in my opinion.

CPA works the best with youtube videos, especially if you're offering a high demand software or something.
