Best way to monetize something like BlogAbout.........com

I have a really good domain name that I haven't been able to make much money on. It's something along the lines of BlogAboutMoney.com.

Is there a program that would let me sell/rent space on my website for people to host their own blogs?

Something like BlogAboutMoney.com/StockMarket? Where they set up a blog in that folder and I can set the account to a certain amount of space and bandwidth.

Or do you think a better way to monetize would be to let them have a blog for cheap (not free) and run my ads on their blog?

Somebody once mentioned WordPress Mu, but I looked at it and I don't think it did what I'm looking for.

You could add subdomains and 'rent' them.
