Best way to Monetize SEO SaaS? Which Platform Ads?

We have a SEO tool for keyword research, Search Console data analyse and Testing etc.. Which platform should i use for ppc? I will start facebook and google first month and after will test them. Do you have any suggestion for me? Note this is Turkish tool not available on English.

Have you considered hiring a 3rd party consultant whose job it is to vet agencies? In my own previous experience as the consultant, it works out pretty well as I was incentivised to have the company's back and the company had someone who would be harder to BS by an agency.
