Hey BHW,
Years ago I had a somewhat successful gaming YouTube channel (completely whitehat, ~6k subs, 1k view per vid). Back then, viewers/fans always said I had a great voice, it's deep and clear like a radio/podcaster. Friends and family agree, everyone thinks I should do voiceovers or something, but alas I am a programmer lol. School and life took over and I didn't have for YouTube anymore. Now, I'm itching to get back to creating some kind of videos, or some online content to generate some side income.
I'm curious what y'all think the best way I could monetize my voice on YouTube. I've seen lots of accounts that use TTS bots for Reddit videos, but I wonder if I could have more success by using my real voice? Or something similar, maybe reading tweets. Would rather not do ASMR. Given I have a great 9-5, I've also got some cash to dump into SEO for these videos, if that helps.
Just throwing this out there to see if anyone has any better ideas, thanks!
