Best way to monetize high quantity/low quality traffic?

I'm able to generate high quantity/low quality traffic, and was thinking monetizing with a pop up/pop under ad network would be the best way.

I'm currently signed up to a pop ads network which offers around $4 per 1000 impressions.

Any suggestions?

$4 per 1000 impressions is a good rate tbh!
I would use popunders + banners. Or if your ad network has the feature, you can also add an auto-tad that determines the best ad to show at a specific moment, so what you can maximize your payouts.

on fb I got 0,70$ per 1000 views

I suggest to save the traffic with telegram and maybe create sub telegram for adult, crypto, casino etc

If you are dealing with a high quantity but low-quality traffic situation, then need ad networks that are more tolerant such as admaven!
