best way to monetize general contact info

how do you guys recommend people monetize large contact lists that are very accurate, but also very general.

of course, you can run python libraries to guess gender, ethnicity...but it seems that i would go into spam if i dont get more specific in my targets.

i only have the ability to use a couple ip addresses at a time max since i have to pay for server and build out postal/mautic. mailchimp and the rest are too expensive, so i would like to avoid going into spam.

my question is really about monetization strategies. I'm not too worried about infrastructure if the idea works.

are they business or consumer emails?
