Best way to monetize a domain

Hi,

What is the best way to monetize misspelled domains. For example i have misspelled domains for classified ads sites like craigslist. They get about 10-15 hits a day. If i can figure out a good way to monetize then i can easily scale.

What do you guys recommend?

One thing you could do is have links to relevant sites in the same niche, but approach the site owners and offer them ad space on it which you would charge them monthly for.

Yeah i've been trying to figure out what relevant site i can promote/appoach. Perhaps my strategy should be to only buy misspellings for sites with products or with affiliate programs so i can at least have an obvious way of monetizing the traffic.

The best way to make money off a domain is to build a website on it, monetize it, and, once it's starting to bring in some money, sell it. You can usually sell a website for approx. 10x its monthly revenue.
