I did business with a restaurant and they took all of the work I did and moved it to another server with a new webmaster.

They have two domain names. An old one and a new, re branded one. The new one goes to their current site. The old one still has the DNS pointed to my server. I set up a 301 redirect to my web design service right now but I'd like to monetize this for as long as I can. The old domain has hundreds of white hat back links from newspapers, blogs, restaurant guides. You name it, they've got a link for it out there somewhere.

As of now it's directed to my website so I can get some link juice, but I want to make money. The only thought I had was using Open Table's referral program in order to make a few dollars since that's a closely related niche and I know people make online reservations for this specific restaurant quite a bit.

Does anyone else have any other ideas as to how to make money on a restaurant 301 redirect?

P.S. I considered "leasing" the redirect to a competitor, but do you think anyone would be interested in actually doing that? If so how much do you think I should charge?
