I need to manage about a dozen tg accounts. Is there a dashboard out there where I can do this?

what about the IOS ?

sorry I don't know about IOS

you can try it on your PC by installing a PC emulator (memuplay) and using this APK

Try using Jarvee its used for account automation across many sm platforms
