Finally got around to creating all these emails for some of my wordpress sites. Trying to find something easy to use, and very user friendly.

Any ideas how to best manage 5 different emails? Should I set them up over at gmail, or outlook?

yea, you can try outlook/thunderbird

or you can forward all to 1 email address

or you can do what i do and use the x-notifier firefox addon
it supports gmail, yahoo, hotmail, aol, pop3, imap
you can put all your email addys into it and whenever a new mail arrives, you get a notification and you can open all your inboxes with a single click, w/o the need to type the login credentials every time
you can set it to check your inboxes in every minute, which is very good if you run a time sensitive business (like fiverr for instance)
it's frequently updated, so it's always compatible with the latest version of firefox

Thats awesome, I will go with your x notifier suggestion. Love how there's a notification and all that. Thanks!!

Great tip, I also use Roboform to manage all of the individual accounts IDs and passwords

yes gmail/email notifier for firefox or forwarding to master account are the great options.

Wow, great ideas here. I wasn't aware of Roboform or the firefox addon, will definitely check those out. I know this may be super simple and not exactly what you're looking for, but I use my iPhone to achieve this. First, I forward all website accounts to single gmail or yahoo accounts. Then I add those yahoo and gmail accounts to my phone and all domain emails get forwarded to those accounts, which also get dumped into a general inbox that notifies me of any new emails to any of the accounts.
