Hello, at the moment I’m working as a front end developer, but my salary is shit, so in order to live a little better I’m thinking to start IM again (I did some Snapchat + adult cpa few years back), so in your opinion what’s best way to start earning 400-600e/m? Is it possible if I have about 200euros per month to invest and like 3months of time?

$200 won't take you far.
Still, you can save for 3 months and buy a dropped $600 domain with traffic.
Rebuild the site.
Sell backlinks on Fb groups.
Rinse and repeat as much as you want.

As you have experience in snapchat + adult cpa, you can try similar methods like reddit + adult marketing. you can also grow IG accounts with adult audience and use them for recurring income.

Consider affiliate marketing or freelancing on platforms like Upwork. With your skills and investment, it's possible to earn 400-600€/month within three months.

If you are good at front end build a saas app. You can start a jv for a backend guy.
If you wanna do it all by yourself then lean a no-code tool like bubble for backend and build by yourself. If you know figma it's a plus.
With 200$ you can get like 200/30 ~=6 month access to bubble pro plan, no extra cost and you get to use your own domain name for your saas app.

As a FE developer, you have the following options

1. Learn online freelancing from people that are making money on Fiverr or Upwork

2. Create and sell your digital course on web development
