I make most of my money from clients who need digital services. Not anywhere near $50k though.
I suppose it would be possible but I am too lazy.

Adwords can be tough, Millions have been made by secret Adwords organized networks with members involved all over the world.
A strategy plan created by a few mathematical engineers gets email to a guy, it says click this ad here at this time and this ad etc... and we send you a thousand bucks. Those guys are the lowest paid. Secret underground Adwords networks are very organized and they make Millions. Sometimes they get busted and start a new operation a week later.
Another good way is to organize together a bunch of people that are broke, need to make money etc..
Even a Street bum will have at least a dollar. If you get together 100,000 people with just one dollar in their pockets, even street bums you have 100,000 dollars that can be turned into a million with a good strategy in Place.
Problem is, who's in charge of the money?? Who can you trust?? Who makes the Decisions? Don't set yourself up with losses.
Turn it into a Million, keep the money in the pot. Keep doing this until there is enough profit to split 100,000 ways.

There are lots of ways to $50k a month, a couple are:
Building an email list, you only have to launch one big product a year to average $50k per month.
Paid advertising, PPC/PPV media buying and so on can get you there possibly faster than anything.
SEO
Building up your business. As in take a local SEO company that makes $3k a month and when the time is right expand.
Build a product with a recurring fee, sell to 1k members at $50 per month
No matter what you do it will take time and likely money but lots of things can be built up to this amount. When you see something that is 1k per month it is sometimes possible to build that much higher and also possible the OP is full of sh*t.

Honestly saying, affiliate marketing is the way to make big bucks. but it needs thorough dedication and mindset to achieve the target in efficient way.
