Which is the best way to learn about Facebook ads? From the guide on their website or from another tutorial? If there are better tutorials please let me know.

You can try udemy - there are free courses there.

There are also free videos on Youtube that help you how to set up your campaigns right

I just taught myself - it took a while but here's my latest campaign's results

I can't teach you. No one can. Every campaign is different.

Learn the basics through Google, YouTube and start your own campaign. You'll learn the most by doing.
Facebook Ads isnt something you become good at without practice.

First of all, know the basic thing.. There many kinds of ads... search it through google and youtube... self-learning is better than anything else

Watch free videos on youtube (normally 20+ min. long) and then implement what they teach.

Ah quite low budget for arbitrage, i know someone doing 24K a day from Fb arbitrage, but it is too risky, better to mix it with some organic traffic to no get banned tho, good luck in your journey

Watch some yt videos then test, test and test. Experience they say is the best teacher as every campaign/result is different.
