Well, First of all; Is it Required for the PBN Article to be Indexed for the Link Juice Flow to the Money Site?
Second is, What's the Fastest and Safest Way to Index PBN Articles?
And the Third is, Using Google Fetcher won't live Footprints? As IP will be Same?

If your PBN domain is clean then you should allow the articles to index naturally, which could be few hours to few days. If the article is not indexing then your PBN domain has bad back links or bad history or you using badly spun or copied content and this is what you need to focus on. Get good clean domains and not worry about any of the above you posted.

For some of my pBN sites, I use IFTTT to automate social shares, for some I use SNAP, I use some other auto social share plugins for some of mine. For the ones I don't do that on, I split that between sending social signals and doing nothing.

I like to keep it as natural as I can, and don't follow the same mix of anything for any site.
