What is everyone's most efficient way of indexing or backlinking their web 2.0s without the use of scrapebox or other similar tools?

I use social bookmarks to get them indexed. But for majority of backlinks, I still use scrapebox. I also create web 2.0s with spinned content and they point to my 1st tier web 2.0s (with unique content).

I also rely on Social Bookmarks to get my new web2 properties indexed. I use for that purpose Onlywire to automate the process. I hope that will help you.
