Best way to improve site for flipping?

I have been studying the subject of flipping lately,about to buy my first aged domain with a PR of 4,I will be repurposing the domain into a new site with adsense on it,can I use something like SB or Venom to improve the site/domain or is it better to do it manually?

Aged domain means 1-2 years + and PR4 ? Why the heck you ain't using SB already?

Just go for it,unless you ain't going crazy with backlinks like 200k indexed per day,u should be allright

Thanks for the reply,I got my first 2 offline local seo clients and plan to use some of the money I am charging them monthly to to get SB or Venom.
