You can try which cloak is suitable for your niche. There is no best cloak, nor the worst one. You can only try. I admit that this is the dumbest way, but you will never succeed if you don't try

Google, Facebook or TikTok, I think running ads is difficult for BH products. Maybe they are lucky or they have to spend a lot of money on the account.

Usually they will hide the original link and try to make the video with as little sensitive or offensive information as possible, along with a really strong account.

Is your campaign still active? Check everything to make sure the campaign is still working properly. If your account is still deducted but there are no clicks, I think you should review your post, maybe the content is not attractive enough for people to actively click on your ad.

I find Google still quite easy for products that violate policies. I just need to search for gambling and I can see a lot of websites on it. But platforms like Facebook or TikTok, I have hidden enough but still have their ads disabled.
