PR storm can do it can't it? Or at least people always say PR Storm gets you kicked out the indexes, but then i was always of the understanding that inward links were not an issue, so as to prevent this kind of thing happening.

depends how reputable the remote is, if they are an aged site with a good link profile your more or less screwed, otherwise combine prstorm with something like spamming scuttle sites and mass blog and ping and i guess comment spam as well while you're at it... be warned, you could just end up bumping their pr if your not aggressive enough LOL

trophaeum is right. It happend to me once. Someone did a massive linkspam on my site, and I got a lot of high-rankings and load of money
So be ready for it.
