upload a photo of your snapagram on to your instagram i would say.

Put your Snapchat in your bio, if you ever post videos you can edit it so your Snapcode is at the end/beginning or even in the middle, and posting your Snap code should work well too.

Try Shoutouts for Shoutouts, but since you're starting with instagram You could try 1 hour Shoutout on Instagram for a Shoutout on Snapchat from big accounts. This works well, you can also post a video of something with a snapchat filter on & in tagline say Add me on snapchat:____ guys.
