Best way to get Votes

Hey i am trying to boost my site to a top of top 50 Sites websites. Im not sure how i can do this i need 100 votes to be in the top 5 and drive decent traffic to my site. Could anyone point me in a good direction on how to do this? I was thinking maybe i could use a proxy switcher and a macro?
