Best way to get google listing?

Hey so I am thinking about paying people in my town for google listings on their house, but Should I hide their adress or is their any negative aspects of hiding the gmb adress? I suppose I cant build citations then?

You should hide full address. There are people posting here requirement for GMB addresses and they say *They will hide address*

Sure , but does it affect SEO negatively? If It does then I wont..

Hiding your address does NOT negatively affect your SEO. Google still knows your address and your listing is always going to rank based on proximity.

On the negative, Google won't display driving direction for the GMB, though.

When it comes to building citations, you still use your NAP info as usual, regardless of whether you hide the address or not.

yeah but the problem is that for exemple i dont have anya dress to use either on the site or gmb cuz im not even from the usa sir
is there any alternative of the adress ?

You don't need a real address to get some GMBs going. Most people on this forum use a random address that they choose themselves, in other words, you can put your GMB at any address you want.

Just hide the address and show service areas.
 
In 2017, hiding the address--even for service businesses--affected SEO negatively. ABSOLUTELY.
I don't know whether that's true in 2020.

But one thing you cannot do with a hidden address is driving directions map embeds.
Such map embeds are the only method I know of to make it more likely your map listing will appear all across town (not only near your GMB address).

That said, many times I see the top three players have a hidden address.
It's just one of many factors.
 
You just show the service area and hide the physical address.
