Try Linkedin, most of my work comes from there directly from headhunters. So maybe reach out to them directly like with mass emails or something. You will always get repeat customers from there too.

To get started, you can make a website for the developer, tell about yourself, show a portfolio and a list of services that you offer.

Further, the easiest way is freelancing (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.), you can take freelance orders yourself and transfer them to him if he does not like this option.

In addition, you can try to run ads on the site in the same Google, there is really a lot of competition in this niche, but you can always try.

And finally, you can call companies and send commercial offers.

The services of programmers are now required by a large number of companies, many new products are being launched, support for old ones is needed, and it is very difficult to find a good programmer, so if a person is worthy, there should be no problems finding a job for him.

thanks, have linkedin botting + buying targeted mail lists in my notes. gonna add hiring someone for lead gen too. and experiment with everything.

thanks, ive some of those in my notes. and you're right, shouldn't be all that difficult. ill be testing a variety of techniques and building a nice little system. maybe once i can get his schedule full, i can start bringing in even more clients and simply outsourcing the work.

damn. im honestly not a professional so im not familiar with networking on linkedin but im going to do more research on the matter via youtube etc im sure i can figure it out. got a lot of stuff written down, so soon ill have a good strategy and plan of execution put together.

with that in mind you should look into setting up an "all-star" linkedin profile
