So I've purchased UNF (ultimate niche finder), and I've found some keywords that appear to be pretty decent that have keyword rich domains available. However, I'd prefer not to pay a ton of money for domains. Is there a way to get around this? Such as using blogger blogs, sub-domains, or a cheap registrar? Currently I use godaddy.

You can always get one or two domains inexpensively from the various GoDaddy coupons. However, if you will be purchasing domains at scale you'll want better pricing. Try Moniker or enom - both offer discounted pricing for domainers, so before you sign up, try emailing them directly and give them a sense of your ambitions and see if you can get better pricing.
