Those are all grey/ black hat methods. Signature links in forums can have multiple domains, articles, blog creation & commenting, social media, press releases, etc. are all better ways

Anyway, write a ton of articles and submit them everywhere you can, join a forum in your niche and contribute with a link in your sig, comment on blogs that are in the same niche with high PR!
