Best way to get around this?

I am a member of a GPT site (IGC) which rewards you for referring members and having them confirm emails. I am looking for a way to use a VPN or proxy that is in the United States which will allow me to do this. The site has a pretty good block on a lot of proxy sites as is, so I'm looking for a VPN which changes my IP accordingly.

What would be the best course of action here?
