i have used ahrefs to scrap backlinks of my competitor, it works good you can get export data in .xls format

If you need to analyze backlinks of you competitors you need to use ahrefs. Seems to me it's the best choice.

You'll find most backlinks with ahrefs and it's very easy to export them but it's obviously not free.
