then simply go through their list of followers (your target audience) and start following them, you can also check the specific Twitter account and see what their followers to following
ratio is to estimate what the chances of them following you back is.
Also quickly scan their Twitter page to make sure if its beneficial or not to have them as a follower, see if you can find key players and try and build no pressure relationships with them
until the time comes and you need a favor.
