best way to embed video without any plugins on wordpress

I was looking for the best plugin to use to embed youtube videos on my wordpress blog/site and i ran into this video on youtube. There is no need to for a extra plugin to embed youtube videos and you can embed videos from other sites as well. Hopes this helps people out. Well here is the video explaining how to embed any video.

I mean.....you just copy and paste the embed code LOL

Tensegrity is correct. it is better not to use a plugin and just copy the embed code from the youtube site. Click on share and embed. I always make sure I click off the show other videos option so your not advertising for anyone else. You want to use as few plugins as you can so your pages load fast.
