in the longterm even 1000x apy's have failed me, in the end bigger fishes staked before you and most end up selling, i honestly don't find any benefit in it, it's fugazi, it augments your amount as it does with everyone else which in the end is barely any profit at all in my experience.

Bigger coins like Bitcoin or Ethereum might be good to start. Look for tokens with good rewards, but also consider the project itself.

Staking can be tough due to impermanent loss. I would suggest staking something like USDT/USDC or other stablecoin pairs. Might be lower APY but you won't be really at risk of impermanent loss. Still higher than what a savings account from a regular bank would give you
