What is the best way to create a website that sells accounts, It is going to be used by people who are either buying or selling accounts.

I saw several Digital marketplace themes and templates, But almost always, It is either missing something or is poorly coded.

I have been keeping an eye on codecanyon and other template sites, Just incase new Effective solution is built but it's never.

Now, what are your suggestions for building robust solution for this Website ? Is there any whitelabel solutions ? any Freemium solutions that have firm build, I was thinking maybe some Forum solutions could be effectively repurposed ?

If there is no other solutions, How much would it take to be built by developer ?

wordpress and woo are the best solutions, just pick the best looking theme not from code canyon, but from a company that sells and updates themes as their business, then just customize it with plugins via chatgpt its easy to customise woo and wordpress with plugins.
 
What you're planning to create is a marketplace. If you want it to be successful, you should have moderation, scam prevention, reliable payment processors, etc. You can't handle such a huge system without considerable budget. If you have good budget, then it's better to hire a developer to make a custom script. I wouldn't advise you to start such a huge marketplace site just to give it a try or to start small and then eventually grow.

I know that many marketers love WordPress, and it gives a great variety of quality templates and is easy to fill with content. However, for b2b landings (which you need, as I understand) I'd stick to Tilda, especially if you have decent design skills. Also, Tilda is easier to set up and manage from the point of view of SEO and technical optimization
