Best way to create multiple twitter accounts?

I want to create multiple twitter accounts to point traffic to my main account. How should i go about doing this because when i used to have like 50 twitter accounts i had no problem but now i can't even make 2 gmails on my ip without phone verifying so what is the method i can use to create multiple email/twitter accounts? Without having to phone verify the email accounts if possible i just want them as throw away accounts.
