There are several websites that have this service. Really, among so many, what makes one better than the others? I imagine it's a matter of prices and based on the quality of the number.
For this I would not use temporary virtual numbers then since these numbers are marked as spam and are extremely used for spam.

I agree. You should ALWAYS 2fa your accounts for security reasons. The only bad thing is if you loose the device with the 2fa linkage you will have to resend verification to get 2fa and you will not be able to access your account, if you don't own the number from 2fa has been done.
