Best way to convert scraped FB emails (ID's) into ca$h?

Send bulk mails.
What to offer?
There are many niches, but which of them can be best converting?
Weight-loss? Casino online play?
Somebody who's mind isn't congested and can really think outside the box?

While conceptually this might work, I believe it would be too difficult to sustain with bulk mail. I've yet to see anyone, and again I haven't met everyone obviously, but someone really smash it with bulk mail in 2015. If there is a way I'd love to see it.
