You won't really find anyone who wants to accept PP for their BTC, just because it's so easy to chargeback.
LocalBTC do support PP, but that's only for selling BTC I think, not the other way around.

Its good if you can use coinbase, but if your country is not supported by coinbase then its useless.

PayPal isn't that regulated too in my country so I don't think I can use localbitcoin

My service provider accepts BTC only. I can do it with ETH too but I need to buy BTC with it and stuff and that's kinda not simple for me so..
