    The statpress plugin is everything you'll need, it's free and you can just search it on the plugins menu in your dashboard :)

    Go with third party plugin, it has comprehensive tracking record.

    Piwik is good alternetive and it is free. But if you have too many UV, most people recommended to put Piwik installation on different host.
