Can someone please explain clearer about the whole baclinking, then rssing the backlinks thing, so let me have a stab at it. Is it getting the urls that your backlinks are on, then converting the links into an rss feed and submiiting that feed so that the backlinks get indexed quicker? Am I right?

Sorry to ask this here, What does Link Building actually entail ? I know it is something to do with backlinks, is that the same as these xrumer blast's people are doing and also these article submissions ? Just a little confused...mmm.

Link building and backlinks are the same thing. It's basically just getting a link to your site from another website and there are various ways to do it like bookmarks, profiles, forums, blogs, articles, rss feeds, and so on.
