Best way to avoid copyright claim?

    I want to know if there is a secure way to use videos from other content creators so if there is a problem with copyright you can resolve it without any risk, for example look at 'Amazinglife247' channe; he posts purely third party owned content and is very successful on youtube. How does he do this? Thanks.

    I see in comments below on many videos. Some people have something called "fair usage disclaimer". I dont know if this can stop you from having video removed or having trouble with the owner. But it might help in some way to show you are not wishing harm.

    I edit the videos at the beginning and the end. I also watermark the videos. On top of this I only use Amateur created videos.
