best way to automate IG posts for ecommerce store

I would like a way to create all my IG posts at once and schedule them to post for a few days of the week. Since it's just one IG account, i would prefer to use my own home IP. I have used FollowPlanner and Jarvee in the past, would those be my best options? anything less costly? I didn't find a scheduled feature in IG either, i know my FB page has that option. Also, what are the chances my IG account will get banned? i will only use for schedule posting, i won't be using F/U or likes. Thanks!

Your IG scheduler is in the exact same place. https://business.facebook.com/creatorstudio/
Just make sure your IG account is linked to your FB account and you should see an icon (middle, top) to switch back and forward between FB and IG.

Auto liking possible with HootSuite ? can't seem to find a free alternative to Instazood.

Try Hootsuite or instazood.

Instagram doesn't allow scheduling posts right from the app but now there's a https://wersm.com/how-to-publish-and-schedule-posts-to-instagram-from-facebook-creator-studio/ which allows you to officially schedule the app from Facebook directly. That's not possible for personal profiles yet though and you will have to upgrade your Instagram account.

If you have a personal profile, you can use any of the free scheduling tools(official) like hootsuite, later or planner but these would just remind you and take you to the IG app with the post content pasted but you will still have to click on that post button yourself so it's not completely automatic. This is free and completely risk-free!

And lastly, the tools you mentioned worked separately acting as a real human on a proxy so there's a little bit of risk involved if their algorithm detects that you're using a bot and your account might get logged out/blocked/suspended depending on how far you have went with it. There are some experts who have been using them for way too long now so they have figured out the process but it's not the best idea for someon. who's just getting started and just wants to use them for scheduling posts.
