best way scrape leads fast as possible

need to build a list of leads for my company and using scraper to pull leads off a site but i need do 300 major us ciites so what first came to mind is using 5 different computers and 5 scrapers and proxies to scrape cities for 60 days one city a day per scraper

is there a more efficient method get this done

Think there are a few services that allow unlimited scrapes for a one-time fee. I was looking to do some scraping recently but didn't use these services because I chose a different source to scrape.

Why don't you buy emails from professional providers? all the scrapping tools are limited. You save time and money.
