Best way for email marketing

I have a Facebook marketing web app where I have more than 200k users and their email list. I have never thought about email marketing before, but now I want to utilize that email list. Are there any suggestions on how do I go about it? Which service would be best suitable for me since the users did not consent to marketing emails?

Is mail250.com good for this? Any other suggestion on email service or how to get best results with this email list would be really helpful for me and I'd be grateful.

Trust me there is no such services which will run smooth without any troubles for cold mailing. The whole game is stop your clients from complaining your emails and there are basic things to avoid that.

1) Professional Email template
2) Keep content simple
3) Enable one click unsubscribe ( Most Important )
4) Never email them again unless they opt-in

But sometimes even you maintain all they complain you in frustration we cannot do anything just accept it
