Best VPS/Server host for lightning fast redirects?

For Facebook marketing to host cloaking scripts. Every sec passing by that the page does not load you lose 10% of profit on average. It is said BeyondHosting is good and fast. Any other experiences? Discuss please.

BeyondHosting seems a bit expensive. If you're looking for an unmanaged VPS, I can vouch for RamNode. If you're looking for a managed VPS I'm currently using KnownHost and they're great. Look them up, they both have overwhelmingly positive reviews. I don't know anything about dedicated server hosts so I can't comment there.
