All depends on your budget. How much are you willing to play for your VPS and what's your requirement ? My favorite vps provider is Knownhost but they are bit expensive. At BHW Hostwinds and GreenCloudVPS are popular. I have a vps at Hostwinds too and haven't had a problem yet. Support is also pretty good.

+1 for digital ocean. Lots of people recommend their vps.

Well it depends what for do you need your VPS. Are you looking to host sites or run SEO Tools?

Can you explain this more? I'd like to know how to set this up myself. I hear Vultr has great low ping rates that I need.
Then use ServerHosh, cheap and reliable
GreenCloudVPS is joke from my personal experience and also double priced for same setup

Digital Ocean is great mate... I have been using for nearly two months and have no problems with that. and the price and quite competitive as well.
Their forum is very comprehensive and you can find nearly everything in there... The only downside is that they do not offer windows. Apart from that thumbs up
