Best VPS for torrent tracker?

Simple question, expecting a simple answer. Obviously need a host who will wipe their ass with DMCA notices.

I'm looking to start a small tracker so initially a very small VPS that can support something like 50 users across the day will suffice. Then keeping the options open for upscale later on.
I'm not sure if this scale will produce problems with I/O on VPS? Wouldn't like to drop $50+/mo to a dedi just yet

If you want to store the copyrighted or illegal content in your VPS, then you look for offshore VPS hosting provider. Since almost all Americans, Canada, or France based hosting provider follow DMCA, and if any complaints come they will forward it to you. Also, before going for any offshore hosting provider read their terms and condition properly.

I guess if you use private torrent then your problem will be solved and then there will be no need to good for the offshore hosting. But, please be informed that I am not sure about this.

Hi! You need VPS , will be good 1 gbps port for this, as i remember someone post on this forum that privatlayer ignore DMCA not all the time. So check this at first , but this DC is okay and located in Swiss.
