best vps for multiple scrapebox instances

Hi!
I need to run 8 scrapebox instances. What would be best set of vps for that? I thought about 4x 15$ or 2x 27$ plans from berman hosting. Any ideas?
Also, i will harvest a lot so i need something with good speed and berman got 100mbit connection, when some hosts got 1gb ones. Could you recommend me something?
