Best VPN?

Best vpn would be the one you make it yourself but all vpns are the same depends on what you wan't be sure they don't keep logs
 
Was using hidemyass before but recently found out that they do keep logs, dont trust companies when they tell you they dont keep logs.
 
Using strong vpn and hma

Both are working fine .

Personally i suggest to go with strong vpn as hma is used mostly and ips got blacklisted .

what is the different between VPN and VPS? I'm little bit confused.

IF you want traffic from the UK then don't buy a cheap US VPS. You can consider servers in Europe and the most cost effective of these is to get one who you can pay in USD as the EURO conversion makes it more expensive. Witopia does what you want - and on its basic service, allows 2 devices to be connected at a time. They have "end points" all over the world.

They also let you buy a month at a time, so you can sort of check it out before committing to a longer period.
 
Does any of the suggested service above (beside HMA) allow you to 'schedule IP change'? So that I can set it up on seo tools, for automated IP change over X mins/hours?
 
My opinion is HMA is overused and pretty much sucks.

I would say it depends on what you're using it for. Private browsing and getting access to pages blocked in your country? BH marketing? Other?

Depending on how blackhat you're running you might want to see the logging policy and country of your provider.

Not sure how 'blackhat' people are here or use VPN for, but i guess in most cases, people use VPN for account creations or bypass country blocks?

I have just bought GhostVPN only because I got a 50% off code, so far not bad - downside of that one was install went well but the software couldn't connect to anything. After waiting a few days on their support, who are slow and only come back with one line replies, a patch was issued and its now working. Not as many IPs as HMA but speedy and works.
