Which VPN do you recommend to use while creating 10 web 2.0 properties from the same PC/internet connection.

I heard that the there are VPN with multiple IPs available and then there are without multiple IPs.

Multiple IP VPNs may have a different selection of countries. Not a big deal to install an extension for this purpose like windscribe etc

VPNs are abused and there are chances that many used those IP before to create their PBN/WEB2 /ETC. I highly suggest using a dedicated proxy if quality is important for you.

Anyways, if you still thinking about using a VPN, https://www.bestvpn.com/ is reliable.

Would I need to buy multiple private proxies as I will be creating multiple web 2.0 properties. Or a single private proxy would do that for me?

Suggest me some good provider if you can, never bought the proxies before.

Or if I find it myself what elements/features are to check before buying?

You do not need proxies or VPN for just 10 web2.0s But if you really need just roam around marketplace and get proxies. I would suggest to go for anonymous-proxies.net they are not cheaper but I havent had any problems with them.
